Address Boulevard in Downtown Dubai is attached to The Dubai Mall and has both the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains at its doorstep. ICE supplied all hand tufted rugs for the beautiful and spacious Residences, as well as for the Presidential Suite and the new and refreshing apartment-style F&B venue ‘The Restaurant.'
