King Alfonso XIII had this hotel built in 1928 to accommodate his court guests, so only the most luxurious materials were used. This is why ICE’s hand-tufted carpets and rugs fit in the hotel’s guestrooms and public areas so well. The rugs, designed by HBA, were produced in high density to further enhance the luxurious feeling.
