Opportunity:

Logistics Coordinator EMEA, based in our Porto, Portugal office.Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for international transport processes? Are you looking for a challenging role where you will act as the key connection between logistics, production, and project management? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all international transport logistics from Asia to our European and Middle-East based projects. You’ll manage the logistics support team, streamline workflows, and ensure project deadlines are met. This position is based in our Porto office in Portugal, where you’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the logistics support team, ensuring efficient task management and workflows.
• Maintaining and updating the GANTT chart for project planning.
• Being responsible for the accuracy and completeness of transport documents and partner instructions.
• Identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
• Analyzing logistics performance and setting targets for improvement.
• Managing logistics shipments for EU and UK projects, including full coordination and communication with clients.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically in international transport.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience with AI-based solutions for optimizing transport and document workflows is a plus.
• A flexible mindset and approach to work.
• A team player with experience leading international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (required).
