ICE International BV supplies custom-made carpets to five-star hotels and exclusive residential projects throughout the world. Our Dutch design department directly collaborates with the international top interior design offices in cities like New York, London, Dubai, and Singapore. In close cooperation, carpets are designed that are tailored to the overall concept of the project concerned. In the end, ICE International supplies handmade carpets for hotel lobbies, restaurants, suites, ballrooms, or in some cases for the entire hotel. You can find ICE International in Amsterdam, Waardenburg, New York, Dubai, and Paris.

This is what you will be doing:

As an office assistant you, together with the sales office employee, are the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both on the telephone and at our location in Waardenburg. You provide various departments within the organisation with administrative support and, as an organisational talent, you are responsible for a wide range of activities within the organisation. You are very valuable for our design department, because you nicely package the design books, pom boxes and samples and send them to clients or other ICE offices while keeping track of stock. You book the airline tickets and the hotels and apply for visa for colleagues who travel abroad. You also help organise events, and there are many other activities that will ensure well-filled and varied working days.
